You are allowed access to our services through the downloadable program, which might automatically update itself on your device, and this program or parts of it may be governed by open-source licenses, in which case we will make these licenses available to you, and in the event of a conflict between this license and our terms, the open-source license will prevail but only with regard to the program or part of it.
The inability of ZAD management or any of its applications to monitor or apply one of the provisions of these terms in the Privacy Policy is not considered a waiver of its right to do so in the future, in relation to this or any other provision or conditions.
We dont have any refund and return polices in the orders but incase there is any issue related in the payment gateway , each case will be solved separately according to the needs.

Email addresses, contact numbers and your account notifications

If you provide us with your email address or contact number(s) installed in your account with us, we may send you messages and notifications regarding news and updates on our online app or services.
From time to time, we will also send you messages that may include information, special promotions for sale and other offers that may interest you.
The app may be content with the special notifications received to your personal account created with us.
By creating an account on the ZAD platform or its applications, you agree to accept and receive messages and communications from us at any time during the 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including our emails, text messages, calls and notifications that will reach the cell phone number you have provided us, so you also acknowledge and agree that you may receive communications created by automatic telephone communication systems that will deliver registered messages.
